Ocean Kayaking, Scuba, & Charters

The Kayak Center is located in Campo La Bufadora.
It's a 15 minute walk or 10 min drive from the property.
Kayak rates are very reasonable & reservations can be made 1-2 days before.
You can also charter a boat for fishing or diving.

Horseback Riding on the Beach

Gallop through the waves on miles of sandy beach. The "stables" are 15-20 minutes form the property next to the La Jolla Beach camp right off the main road.

Rates are per hour and around $15 (bring small bills).
The best times to go is between 10am - 12 pm.

*Availability is on a first come basis, there are no reservations.


Las Cañadas is an adventure park with air, water, and ground activities. The water park has wave pools, water falls, diving boards and a lake.  The air adventures include zip lines, canopy tours, and suspended bridges. The ground activities include ATV rentals, horseback riding, mountain biking, and even a tee-pee village.

 

La Jolla Beach Camp & Hot Springs

La Jolla Beach Camp is perfect for those who want a long sandy beach with services like boogy board rentals, food, showers, and parking. They also have a hot springs that run under the beach (only at low tide). Simply bring a shovel and dig out your own hot tub  while watching the sunset or having a cerveza.
